Student/Parent Quick Facts - 2024-2025
- School Hours: Students may be dropped off starting at 8:00 a.m. The academic day begins promptly at 8:35 a.m. and concludes at 3:20 p.m.
- Late Arrival and Early Pickup: If arriving after 8:35 a.m. or picking up early, please park and check in at the office. Afternoon pickup is in the designated "Student Drop-Off" area.
- Carpool Tag: Activate your family carpool tag at Meet the Teacher or in the office for streamlined pickup.
- Change of Pickup Plans: Notify the school office by 2:00 p.m. of any changes to afternoon pickup arrangements.
- Visitor Protocol: All visitors must check in at the office and use the intercom to enter the school.
- Security Measures: For entry into the school, use the intercom to communicate with office personnel; all doors are kept locked for security.
- Parent/Guardian ID: Photo ID must be scanned for volunteering, lunch visits, meetings, or school trip chaperoning.
- Half-Day Dismissal: Half-days conclude at 12:30 p.m. Plan accordingly for childcare or pickup.
- Communication Tool: Teachers use Class DoJo as the primary communication tool with parents. Ensure you are connected for updates and information.
- Meal Services: Every child is eligible for free breakfast and lunch; additional menu items can be purchased. Middle and high school parents may apply for meal assistance if needed.
- Medication Policy: All medications must be brought to school by an adult in the original packaging with required forms; do not send medication with your child.
- Take-Home Folder: Each child uses a take-home folder for communication between home and school.
- Financial Matters: Money sent to school should be labeled with your child's name and purpose; consider using SchoolCash Online for payments.
